Mission Wingman is a companion app for trade missions. It hosts official agendas, mission briefs, delegate directories and networking tools for mission participants. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you sign in, we process your email address, name and profile photo associated with your account.
Profile information. You may add a title, company, bio, LinkedIn profile and optional contact details. Contact details are private by default and are only shared with other mission members when you choose to share them.
Participation data. Your event responses (Going, Maybe, Not going), actions you complete and announcements you read are stored so the mission agenda and organizer updates work correctly.
Leads and notes. Prospects, contacts and notes you record are private to you and are not visible to other members or to mission organizers.
Calendar integration. If you connect Google Calendar, we store an authorization token solely to create and maintain a dedicated calendar with your mission agenda. Disconnecting revokes this access and removes the synced calendar.
We use your information to operate the app: showing you the mission agenda, syncing your calendar, powering the delegate directory, and enabling the features you choose to use. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Data is scoped to the missions you are a member of. Mission organizers can see the member directory, the information you mark as shared, and your attendance responses where needed to run the mission. Your leads and private notes are only visible to you.
You can delete your profile data or leave a mission at any time. Leaving a mission deletes your participation data for that mission, including your leads, responses and synced calendar. Deleting your account removes your personal data from the service.
We protect your data in transit and at rest using industry-standard measures provided by our cloud infrastructure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
