By accessing or using Mission Wingman (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mission Wingman provides mission organizers and delegates with a shared agenda, mission brief, delegate directory, calendar synchronization and related tools for trade missions. The content of each mission — its agenda, brief and updates — is managed by the mission's organizers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to your missions.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data or missions you are not authorized to see; interfering with the Service's operation; harvesting directory or contact information for purposes unrelated to your mission; or using the Service to send spam or harassment.
You retain ownership of content you create in the Service, such as leads, notes and profile information. You grant the Service the limited rights needed to store, display and process that content to operate the features you use. You are responsible for the content you submit and warrant that you have the right to share it.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
